Account Registration/Login
• After more than one hour I still did not receive the activation code, what should I do??
If during the registration you have used email address from a provider that has too strict spam filters (ex. mail.bg, dir.bg), then you would not receive an activation code. As the email address is very important for the proper usage of the site, in such case, it would be better to register using an email address from another email provider such as abv.bg, yahoo.com, hotmail.com, gmail.com.
If you use spam filters then the message with the activation code might be received in the Spam/Junk folder.
If you do not receive the activation code please write us mentioning the username and the email address.
• I changed my email address and now I can not log in, why?
After changing the email address your account becomes inactive temporarily as a new automatic email is being sent with the activation code (similar to the one during the initial registration). After you reactivate your account you will be able to log in again. Please mind the answer of the previous question too.
• I deleted my account, but I cannot register a new account with the same username, why?
Even if you have deleted your account, the site does not allow somebody else to register with that same username to avoid any misleading the other users of the site. If you were registered with username john, then you were communication with other users and thn you delete your account and if somebody else registers a user with that username then the other people would think that they communicate with the first user. In another hand, the postings in the forum are not being deleted and there could be confusion if somebody registers with a username that have been used before.
• I am sure that I type correct username and password, despite that I am not able to log in, why?
The most probable reason is that you account was de-activated by the administrators of the site due to regular violation of the rules of the site or due to direct expressions or hints in the texts in profile, ad, forum posting which is not allowed: for example intention for sexual or other relationship with people under the age of 18; advertisement of products or services, ex. massages, proposal or demand of reward for personal services/escorting; advertisement of another web sites; expression of defamation towards other users, public people and institutions or this site/employees of this site. When an account is deactivated by such reason no notification is sent to the user. This decision for deactivation is final and could not be discussed or withdrawn. The administrators do not comment/do not reply to emails related to account deactivation.
Profile/Pictures/Ads/Forum
• I registered as new user and logged in. How could I create a profile?
Click "Edit my profile" in "my gay.bg" menu on the left top.
• How could I upload pictures to my profile?
Click "Pictures" in "my gay.bg". The pictures are manually approved by the administrators. Only approved pictures appear in your profile and could be seen by the other users. The current status of the pictures is seen below each picture. If you think that some picture was rejected by the administrators by mistake, you could re-upload it. But multiple re-upload of one and same picture that was rejected multiple times would lead to administrators's decision to deactivate your account.
• How could I publish personal ads?
Click "My Ads" in the "Ads" menu.
• How could I attach a picture to my ad?
There is no way to attach a separate picture to your ad. If you have main picture in your profile then it would automatically be shown in your ads.
• Why my posting the forum is deleted?
The most frequent reasons for removing of postings from the forum are: wrongly posted personal ad in the forum; direct/indirect advertisement of products/services/sites; posting of just one link to a page of another commercial/non-commercial web site; posting that is written ONLY IN CAPITAL LETTERS; expressions of defamations towards other users of the site/public people/institutions/this site/employees of this site; obscene words/phrases
Your posting could be removed if it was a reply to a posting that was deleted, even if there were no particular reasons for deletion of your posting.
• Why the whole posting was delete and not only the part of it that includes the indecent text?
Postings are edited neither by the user nor by the administrators. Even if only one part of the posting contains indecent text then the posting is not edited, instead it is being deleted.

All the gay places that we have information about are already listed on the site. We have no information about other gay places and we have not published them and we would not be able to answer such questions. If you know a place which is not listed here please let us know.

• Which phone number could I call with questions/comments related to the site?
The support is done exclusively by email through the Feedback Form.
• I wrote an email message to the site but I am not receiving an answer, why?
The reason might be one of the following: the answer of the question is already listed here; emails related to decisions on the picture statuses are not replied; your email is about the gay places in some town; the email contains a question which is not related at all with the site. With no guarantees you should receive reply to your mail within 48 hours.
